I just bought a new nail accessory and I thought I might as well try it on already. Hehe, excited much. I know. :D
As for the base color, I painted it sapphire (blue) with two coats. Then, I added the silver nail tattoo on top of it. Well, applying nail tattoo is actually simple. It is just like your any ordinary temporary tats you use. You get a small brush and dip it in water, damp the back of the surface and there you have it. It looks pretty and elegant.
You can buy this at any nail art store. It's cheap like P40+ only so I'm sure you can definitely afford this. I think the price also depends on the design you choose. ;)
